Nestaway has absolutely been shoddy. The relationship manager is incompetent and unreachable. the property manager is not responsive. Tenant thrashed the house and vacated with impunity three months back. I had refunded the deposit but the house is yet to be cleaned up of thrash left behind. I have delayed raising a police complaint but not for long. They think money is their only objective.
