Nestaway Technologies — House not restored / repaired after move out | |
Tenants moved out on 31st Oct. Post move, I have realized that extensive damages are done to the flat. Since tenants vacated premises, there has been no actions from nestaway. Neither they inspected the house nor they did any repairs. No news on who is having the keys of the house. Cost of repairs would be way more that the deposit I hold. Plus they did not settle the accounts and last month (Oct 2020) rent was not paid. Was this information helpful? | |
