[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — house offboarding 3879 | |||
Hi, I have given my house to nestaway to manage in early days of the company more than 3 years back. The service got deteriorated from nestaway as the time passed. The house maintenance was poor and the revenue i was receiving has decreased. Nestaway was not bothered, after so many failed attempts and service request to get things right i decided to offboard my house from nestaway. The house off boarding request was raised on 6th august. Nestaway is supposed to hand over the house post cleaning and repairing within 1 month from raising a off boarding request. Till today no one has contacted me, when called to the service desk they gives standard answers. Refuse to provide details of any contact person and timeline to close this issue. They were reluctant to raise a service request number initially. With much argument finally i go the sr created which is sc_01666673. Here are the concerns i would like nestaway to address 1. Proper cleaning and repairing of house and equipments. 2. Hand over of the property asap with all keys. 3. Compensate for any revenue losses due to the delay in off boarding. 4.
