Nestaway Technologies — I have been charged extra | |||||
I have been a tenant of nestaway for the past 6months. I am planning to move out on 06 June 2017. When I moved in on December 2016 the apartment was not painted, cleaned and none of the service has been done. Even I haven't got the key of the apartment. We cleaned the entire house ourselves and we only fitted the extra lock. And now I have schedule a move-out now they are charging me for the keys which they provided last month plus the maintenance/service charges which they haven't done when I moved in. There were many other issues. We lived 3 days without electricity and water and nestaway people didn't even mind to check the issue. They are providing the worst service ever and charging money for the services which they haven't done in the first place. Please check into the issue. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
