Nestaway Technologies — I have not received my security deposit refund | |||||
I have moved out of Nestaway on July 31, 2020. The house inspection is done as well. I was told I will receive my refund within 15 days, however, till date Nestaway has not refunded my security deposit. My dashboard is not accessible, and I am unable to raise a ticket on the Nestaway website as well. Their customer care centres are closed, so I'm not even able to check when I'll get my deposit back. In addition, Nestaway has arbitrarily deducted Rs. 9608 from my security deposit for "unpaid electricity bill fines" for the months of March - July, 2020. I have raised two tickets (with proof that I have paid all my electricity dues till the month of May, after which no electricity charges were shown on my dashboard) out of which one ticket was closed without resolution and the status of the second ticket (CC_[protected] is unknown because they have removed access to my dashboard and there is no information available on their website as well. I have faced extreme agony trying to deal with Nestaway, but I've not received any response from their end. If this continues and Nestaway does not refund my full security deposit (excluding any valid deductions), then I will have to take legal action against this company because they are extremely unresponsive to customer complaints Was this information helpful? | |||||
