Nestaway Technologies — Ignorance on part of property manager and rude behavior from customer care on trying to escalate

I am a resident of a nestaway property in Gachibowli, Hyderabad along with approximately 10 others in the same building. Our building has been having electricity issues, lack of maintenance and a faulty motor. For property related issues we have contacted the property manager 20 days back. He assured us a fix to the problems and left. After that he is not reachable and refuses to answer our calls. On 14th February we went to the nestaway office in person only to be told to come back later when the manager who is on leave is back. Additionally I raised an escalation ticket on the company portal. I was contacted by a customer care executive who was rude and refused to acknowledge our problems and also cut the call. I can provide the number from which the call came and the time if required. Still no solution to any problem has been given nor have we been reached out to by anybody from Nestaway.
