[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — inappropriate charges | |
They are charging for repairing an out of warranty washing machine which had its drum mount broken while one of the tenant was using it, they have applied these charges on 3 instead of 4 tenants even after they had agreed that nestaway would bear the charges not tenants. They are charging me on the last day of my accommodation there for something i have not broken. Since there is no resolve am escalating. Was this information helpful? | |
