Nestaway Technologies — Issue with refund

This is regard to my security refund amount which nestaway has deducted due to their fault in app. I put my move-out request on 15'May'2022 but the app was not functioning well so after continuous 5 days attempt, finally on 20'May it started showing ongoing on my app. So I considered that my move-out is processed. ( this moveout I placed on 11th month of my stay in nestaway house) but on 1'June when I was supposed to pay rent of 12'th month, it showed agreement renewal charges which was not supposed to be implicated as I put move-out in 11th month of my stay itself.
I raised ticket on nestaway app on which I got the call after 2 days and lady told me that your move-out is not processed yet. I told her that it is showing ongoing in my app on which she said she will check this with internal team and will get back.
2 days over I got call from another person and again I had to tell the whole story and again she disconnected the call by saying the same statement as earlier.

Now between 12-14 of June, I talked to the area manager- 'Abhishek rathore' for the same, on which he asked me to share my email id, he will check and resolve this. 10 days over he didn't provide any resolution neither he picked up my call.
During this I put it on play store on which I got call from Tabrez from marketing team who conferenced the call with abhishek too and asked him to resolve my issue.
Now again I raised another ticket on which another lady called, I told everything again and even over the call in the ticket I attached the screenshot also of my app where it was showing ongoing, again lady told me she will check with internal team

So from 1'June till 28'june I talked to customer care people many times but no one resolved the issue, finally on 28'June one guy from cc team again called and he told me that he will place my move-out request manually in their system (mentioning start date from 20'June) and they will not penalize me for anything as it is fault from their app.
even after this I talked to Abhishek Rathore also for confirmation on which he also assured me that no amount will be deducted.

Finally the guy placed my move-out request manually from their end as 16'July end date as per my move-out end date but now when I moved-out from that place, nestaway people deducted all my amount saying that I didn't serve my notice period and all..and also they implicated 800 rs as cleaning charges without informing anything ( even though i left the room more clean than they given me in the beginning).

From one week I'm again talking to these people and everyday they are just making excuses and today they are telling me that 800 rs will be implicated as these are standard charges and all, although no body informed me about this ever, neither it is mentioned on nestway website or app dashboard
