[Resolved]  Nestaway Technologies — issues with amenities

This is to bring into your notice about the issues me and my flatmates are facing since we moved into the house that we took through nestaway.

I could not find your official id anywhere so i am sending mail on this id and i am really hoping to hear from you.

So will like to bring into your notice what has been happening here.

I moved into this house in noida sector-29, house id:3021 on 2nd december 2017.

During the move-in i noticed the following issues in the house.

1) the house was in a pathetically messy situation and it was dirty as hell that there was not a single place where i could even sit.
2) the refrigerator was not working and the gate of the freezer was broken.
3) the washing machine was not working.
4) the wi-fi was not working.
5) exhaust fan in the kitchen was not working.
6) television was not working.
7) every single tap in the house was leaking.

I informed the guy with whom i moved in and he assured me that all the issues will be taken care of and he left.

Next day i got a call from nestaway team to raise tickets for all the issues in the house since i was new to nestaway i raised tickets and waited for the issues to be resolved.

In the meanwhile the housekeeping guy came and the house was cleaned-one issue resolved.

The next day the water leakage issue was also resolved.

The trouble started from third day when i checked with my area manager that who will address the rest of the issues (As i mentioned i was new to nestaway and did not know the process). He gave me customer care no [protected].

I called the customer care people and faced the worst experience ever!!

The issue was definitely not resolved and they behaved so rude with me and my flatmate as if they are doing a favour for us.

So from 2nd dec 2017 to 9th dec 2017 when the rest of the issues were not resolved, on 10th dec-2017 me and my flatmate (Kritika sharma) spent half of the sunday in explaining our issues to the customer care people and expected some resolution. Again the issues remain unresolved and they started behaving extremely rude with us.

In the meanwhile somehow we got the contact details of local nestaway team and requested them to look into this.

The lady there assured me that issues will be resolved by monday, i requested her to get the things done by sunday as i am home and the can tell the respective technicians that where we are facing issues with the appliances but she said that almost half of the day has gone so the issues will be resolved on monday and she will take care of the complete process from her end.

She also took the confirmation about the technician and the nestaway guy coming to house on monday and repairing the appliances in my absence i agreed for same and gave her the confirmation in writing.

Since the ticket from nestaway was raised through my name whole day on monday while sitting in office i coordinated with the technicians and with nestaway for the repairing work.

When i went back home on monday i noticed that refrigerator was working however the freezer gate was still broken-issue remains unresolved!!!

The washing machine was not working-issue remains unresolved!!!

When my flatmate called the lady from local nestaway team regarding washing machine she said the work is done from our end, and this was pathetic!!!

After paying my hard earned money for all the amenities i got to use nothing plus the way nestaway customer care and local team has behaved is even more ridiculous!!!

If nestaway is so stringent about their rules& regulations about charging rent and security money and move-in charges etc then make sure the nestaway team assures about the facilities provided to the tenants. I feel cheated at this point of time having paid money for all the facilities and getting the benefit of nothing.

I am a working professional and calling 10-20 times to nestaway team or to the repairing guys is next to impossible for me.

I left an important piece of work right now to write this email to you during office hours.

Request you to kindly look into this and if it is impossible for you to get these small issues resolved then request you to refund my money as your team had bluntly refused to do the same. At present the situation of the house is really stressful for me and the flatmates.
