Few issues with the smart lock
1. There was no intimation or information passed to us either thru msg or area manager to change the lock
2. There was nobody at home when the lock was changed. I was locked out of the house for almost half hour till the issue was sorted.
3 the area manager failed to teach all the flatmates how to operate the lock on time.
4 there are people working in night shifts and were not informed about the lock it has become a huge nuisance for all as we are having to get up in middle of the night and struggle to open the door
5. New flatmates who have recently moved in were not told how to open the lock at 2:30 in the night we are having to deal with this issue the area manager doesn't take it seriously
6 we have a maid working for us and sometimes there she comes home when we are out at our offices now this is an issue because obviously there is nobody to open the door
My question is why were we not told before???
Why was no permission taken?
Who is going to take responsibility for all the disturbance faced.
