[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — lack of promised services and mental harassment | |||||
Hi, I'm writing this letter seeking a positive response from your side. I moved in to house in "ROMA CROSS WINDS" with House ID : 8611. On my check in day "2 January 2018" I was not given the main door keys, the bedroom keys (Broken) and the cupboard keys. When I asked the executive who was present during the check in, He told me to please raise a service request for the same we will provide you with the keys in two days. I raised the service request for the same and I have been following up on this by calling the customer care of Nestaway regularly afterwards. All I get to hear form them is the concerned team is notified and we will resolve the issue in 24 hours. Its been two week I have not received the keys and they are harassing me mentally.
