[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — move in issues and rude behavior of nestaway employees | |
I have paid all security deposit 20 k, monthly rent 6200 rs and on boarding charges 3000 rs to nestaway. But they verifed docs in last moment and rejected my move in date without any prior intimation or notice. They rejected aadhar stating reason as image is blurred. They could have called me on my mobile instead of changing move in date. So irresponsible behavior from nestaway. I have vacated my previous room and now nestaway is asking me to change move in date to a later date. Where are they expecting me to stay. As i have paid 3000rs as onboarding changes it is their responsibility to stay in contact and get move in smoothly. Instead of this they simply rejected and causing me problems. I want to escalate it to all nestway users and please be careful in booking rooms from nestaway. Its all waste of money and no value for your money. Pathetic and irresponsible behavior from nestaway.
