I have initiated the move out request on 19th of may 2022.
I saw a day later the move out request got erased on the application.
So i contacted the nestaway agent who showed me the flat for rent. He gave me support number and his nestaway managers number.
I contacted the manager and he asked to reinitiate the request. So i did on 21st may. I have the screenshots of it.
I sent the screenshots to the manager as requested by him. And i believed the issue he will resolve. I even contacted him for the move out inspection and he said they will come on 30.itself. on the move out date.
I have screenshots of this conversation as well.
Now they are asking me to pay rent of june month.
I somehow was able to get through the nestaway support after some.attempts of call and they said " the nestaway mobile application is useless. Nestaway agents are also useless. And i should have contacted the support team instead. Its my fault and i have yo pay the dues after he makes a new move out request today 5 june 2022."
This is complete cheating and fraud.
If rhe application and the agents are useless why mislead the customers by having them in the first place.
The way the agent talked and provoked me by using some words like its your fault none of our business kinda attitude led to frustration and harassment of mine.done by the support team.
This complaint is to highlight harassment and fraud done by nestaway.
Kindly look into it.
