Nestaway assure subscription is made mandatory post moving in while at the time of moving in it was optional. Neither was the change in status to mandatory communicated to the tenant. When the issue is raised with customercare, they have closed the ticket without resolving the concern (Saying as discussed over call, it is mandatory!) also, there was no option of Further discussion or escalating the concern. When the tenant has not opted for a service, how can it be enforced. Now all of a sudden, the monthly charges appear on dashboard (Rs.199 +taxes per head per month implies around rs.1000 per house per month)!. For an additional revenue stream, tenants can't be enforced to subscribe to services which they don't need or be subjected to such an experience! I have seen similar such concerns raised by other tenants on this portal. May i kindly request help on this front. Was this information helpful? | |
