Nestaway Technologies — Nestaway failed to refund security deposit

Hi,
I am writing this complaint regarding the security deposit that was made when i joined a new flat. As per the rules i have paid 2 months security deposit at the beginning, and when i requested to move out from the flat they charged me with xyz charges like utility bill. Me and my flatmates are paying all electricity bills every month. Apart from that when i requested move out they haven't sent me any security deposit and has removed my dashboard from their page. This is completely unethical. They stopped responding to complaints and hence i am still waiting for my security deposit to get refunded in my account.
