Nestaway Technologies — Nestaway not returning security deposit amount

I vacated the flat on 04-Dec-2020, for the same day I even scheduled inspection of the flat, nobody turned up to collect the keys or to do the inspection. I handed over the keys to security guard as told me by the customer care executive because I had to take a flight back home.

Since then I am following up with these people, they have stopped picking calls, out of 100 calls they have hardly picked 6-7 calls.

I even raised ticket for the same but there is no reply on the same. They asked me to wait several times.

I am seriously tired of following up with them. Instead of returning my money they are adding utility bills every month which I am not able to understand that for what are they charging me when I am no longer their tenant.

I am enclosing screenshot of my dashboard where it shows the total amount nestaway owes me. Also attaching my moveout date.
