Hi Team,
I rented an apartment from Nestaway in year 2019 with the below deal:
1. Deposit of Rs.54, 000 was taken. (including) ONBOARDING CHARGES 4000.0 + TOKEN 5400.0 + SECURITY_DEPOSIT 37600.0
2. Utility bills will be paid by the tenant
After staying in the flat for more than a year I got to know that Nestaway kept delaying utility bills, while I paid all bills on time and due to this all utilities were shut down. I tried communicating with Nestaway but when no one is replied and customer service is not at all responding, I decided to move out.
Now the issue is I am not getting any response from Nestaway for my security deposit. Also, they have added ₹ 6439.0 for the Utility bill fine which Nestaway hasn't paid on time + Maintenance move out charges ₹ 1100.0 which is unnecessary.
I am attaching the bills screenshot for reference. I have all the proofs for all the communication I did.
They had to return ₹ 43000 to me.
Please help with how to proceed.
