I had moved out at the end of September as i was asked by the owner as he took the control of the building. Even then Nestway added early move out charges. They also added painting charges twice which i have already paid directly to the owner which they confirmed via phone call. And at the end they returned 4118/-rs out of 34500/-rs. Even after deducting maintainance charges i should be getting about 30000/-rs to 32000/-rs refunded to me.
