Attn : can some senior officials look into this issue, some cheating is happening on my case as i am always getting irresponsible/meaningless response from your team.
As you canceled the service ticket sc_02018455 without my knowledge and discussion with me, even though i asked in that ticket itself to discuss with me for further information.
But again, you are showing that you are fraud guys. How can you cancel this ticket sc_02018455, what basis you are cancelling. I told you clearly in that ticket itself and asked you what proof you want as i have proof to share you.
Now i am asking you again, which month & year that i didnot pay the rent, you are just telling only december month, but which year. You have to tell me clearly, so that i can share the proof like bank statement or rent receipts.
But, instead of asking me the proof, you are always interested to close/cancel the ticket just to escape, this is not genuine and it is kind of doing fraud like stealing peoples money.
You are company senior officials have to look to this kind irresponsible and sincere-less work. Definitely, this kind response would backfire to company.

Please do the needful things on this and handling genuine approach, at least hereafter.
