I am owner of an apartment in bangalore which is rented through nestaway for more than 2 years now. I have not received rental payment since may 2020. We have checked with the tenant and he has confirmed that he has been paying rent on time to nestaway. I have raised ticked though the app in may, but no response till now.in june, i also talked to the sales manager and he said there was some issue in the payment process and he has fixed it. Still i have not received any payment. He has stopped responding to my calls/messages now. There is no email/phone support from nesaway for last 3 months. I am not sure what else can i do to solve this. Could you please help me with this?
