[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — non cooperation in resolving transaction dispute | |||||
With reference to the service request sc_01917440, inspite of multiple requests from the bank nestaway denies to provide requested details from the bank to settle a transaction dispute. Here is more details on the sequence of events that happened since 1st december. - 1/12/2019 made the rent payment through nestaway app with internet banking and got successful transaction message from bank. However the same was not updated in nestaway dashboard. 5/12/2019 raised a service request to update the dashboard with my bank statement with the proof of successful transaction. Then nestaway claimed to not have received the amount though it was a successful transaction and asked me to reach out to bank which i did multiple times. And each time bank has confirmed that the payment is successful and no refund/reversal is possible without nestaway confirming via mail that they have not received the amount for that particular transaction. I had multiple calls with nestaway customer care following up on the same and they refused to respond as directed by the bank. And to add to my harassment nestaway is continuously adding fine every day for non-payment in my dashboard, inspite of having a ticket opened about the same dispute.
