[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — non refund of deposit & onboarding charges | |||
All my tickets related to nestaway services resolved without proper communication. None of my concerns were considered. attaching all evidence of inadequate response from nestaway. denying me the refund for the hard earned money I paid for their services amounting to Rs. 15, 400. Now charging me extra money for their negligence and mis-communication. I was informed by my area manager Nitin that the flat is for 3 people as requested by the owner. Another area manager Sanket contacted the owner and changed the occupancy to 6 people and I was not informed of it. I was specific with my area manager Nitin that I need a minimum occupancy flat of 3 people. When I moved in the area manager did not accompany me during moving in as per nestaway policy. I was not given the right keys to the room I booked. The bathroom allotted to me was not repaired (pics enclosed) and was broken till the day I moved out and also the room was not cleaned when I moved in (pics enclosed). I was not given the rent agreement on the day of moving in as per nestaway policy. I was contacted one month after I moved in for documentation. hence the onboarding charges of Rs. 2000 collected from me is unjustified. Due to this, I moved out of the flat on 01.06.2019 by mailing the nestaway customer care regarding all my grievances (attached screenshot of service request raised by mail to [protected]@nestaway.com). I was not able to utilize the Move out procedure available on the nestaway site due to technical errors with the nestaway site. I was not given any resolution regarding the same after repeated contacts with the customer care. Now they are charging for moving out of the flat during the lock-in period and failure to give notice period as per their policy. The breach in lock-in period happened due to the change in occupancy of the flat as mentioned above in a span of 3 days from the date of moving in. I was without an accommodation for more than a month due to nestaway not refunding me the deposit and onboarding charges. The customer care has not been helping in any manner, but giving false promises of resolving the matter even after number of calls and online correspondence. Now they have closed the issue saying that their area manager Nitin has done or said anything wrong. It has been 2 months since I have been started this struggle for my claim of refund. To me Rs. 15, 400 is a big amount and for availing another accommodation, I need the amount for paying the deposit. This is a kind request to resolve the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per website the room was suppose to be with toilet however it was without it. Second, i was given an broken almera which is not fixed till date. Even after 37 days.
