Nestaway Technologies — Not able to initiate move out on Nestaway App

I'm a resident of Nestaway -
Padmavathi Nest, The initiate button has been disabled and I am not being able to initiate any move out on the app. The customer service nor the property manager will respond to my calls. I need a solution immediately as this is very urgent.
