I recently vacated my stay from the house that was rented out by nestaway in bangalore. They have falsely deducted the amount from the refund of the advance that i paid. During my application to vacate the home, i was told that it will take 1 month to complete the process.
I have raised this issue and demanded for the information about the same with the company, and i didnt get proper response.
The vacation\move out process includes
1) the tenant should notify the date of vacation\move out (Which i did applied for[protected].
2) post applying for the vacation\move out from the home. A possible deductions will be shown in the app. (Attached a screenshot for the reference, which shows i would get a refund amount of 13, 000 aprox)
3) a property manager will come for inspection to check the damages and notify about the deductions that he notify to the company (Property manager didnt come before i moved out of the home. Tried calling the property manager, but the number is unavailable.)
On[protected] i received an amount of 11, 865/- as a refund amount.
I didnt get any communication via mail or call to notify me the reasons for the deductions. Also the property manager never came for the inspections even after i moved which i confirmed from the tenants who are staying currently.
I raised an issue for the same with customer support. Please find the attachments for reference. They failed to provide me proper information and played fraud. Also wasted a lot of my time by not resolving this
