My schedule move-out had been set on 9th August 2020. Inspection was also scheduled on the same day. Nobody came from the company. I had to leave the keys with a relative as I was moving out of the city the next day. I tried to contact them several times through call and social media but got automated responses every time.
On 11th August they contacted me for inspection and completed the process. On 12th I checked their app, they had removed my stay data and all deposit related info. I raised a ticket to get my deposit info and any deductions info but not getting any response even after escalating it to level 4.
As per their policy I should have received the refund within 2 weeks of moving out. Today is the last day of 2 weeks and still no response from their side.
Their social media pages are flooded with similar complaints with only automated responses and no solution. I'm afraid they are not going to refund any of the deposit money.
Also, disabling their customer contact number is really horrible. There is no way to contact them now.
