Nestaway Technologies — Not refunding the Security deposit amount | |||
One room was taken on rent in a 2 bedroom flat at Hinjewadi pune through Nestaway in March 2020. Subsequently due to COVID 19 I left the room & doing working from home from May 2020 end, but monthly rent was paid to nestaway. Even they were charging extra maintenance charges. I informed for vacating the flat in Nov 2020 end to vacate the flat on 10th January 2021 and cleared all rent as per their demand raised till 10th January 2021. After vacating the flat on 10th January 2021, Inspection of the flat carried out by them & flat key was handed over to them with very neat & clean conditions. It is one month over, till now Security deposit of Rs.22000/- not refunded by Nestaway. While contacting to the flat owner, he informed Nestaway service is very poor, even they are also fed up and Security deposit amount is with Nestaway, not to owner.
