I am the owner of HID 47554 and Nestway had charged Rs. 26500 to the tenant as part of the settlement move out in June 2021. It had been more than 5 months and none of the work is carried out by Nestway even after frequent chasing. Given this I had carried out all the work by myself and asked Nesaway to refund me the amount.
After protracted emails/ phones, Nestaway team ([protected]@nestaway.com and suraj.[protected]@nestaway.com) agreed to refund the amount.
Every time I chased I was told the payment will be processed this week/ next week etc.. but it is never returned. I am still continuing to chase but there is no more replies. The is highly unprofessional behaviour and amounts to cheating.
