[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — paid rent but not updated | |||
Hi all, My name is avisekh lahiri and i am currently a tenant through nestaway. I have paid the rent through their payment gateway on 3rd of nov 2017 but it is still showing my nest away account dashboard that i have rent due and they have also imposed a fine of fine of rs.500/-, i had raised a service request on their website on 3rd nov but till today it is not resolved. I had made multiple calls to them but nothing is done i have also submitted my bank statement which reflects that i have made the payment on 3rd nov well before the due date which is on 5th of every month.
