Nestaway Technologies — Pathetic service by nestaway executives | |||||
Hi, Written communication regarding various issues like: No key provided for almirah for safe keeping of valuables. Highly defective washing machine being provides which have been repaired earlier, takes 3 hours minimum for a wash, now again needs to be repaired which will take approx 3.5k for which tentants have been asked to bear the repair costs. Highly defective noise generating fan which worked for some months and finally stopped working and tenant is being asked to pay for repair and A/C doesnt cool either. Sliding glass door of bathroom collapsed while closing it, faced servere injury due to glass pieces, being rushed to hospital, owner was informed.Had to leave for Egypt next day and get a mail from NesrAway executive stating that Owner had found the broken glass door on a surprise visit. Been 45 days, glass pieces not yet cleaned from bathroom even after owner's visit and several mails to NearAway executives. Now that I have returned back, I cant stay in a room where fan, A/c doesnt work in this hot summers, with glass pieces strewn all over the room and bathroom. Complained to NesrAway executive about the unacceptable behavior of security guard washing his clothes in girls only NestAway premise, been asked to contact society sectretary with valid proofs against the security guard. NestAway executives are not even concerned regarding the safety of women tenants. When raised issues, the exeutive replied taking his own sweet time that Tickets have not been raised by me. Had to tell him that without the tickets obviously I wont be escalating the issues, email has been changed so tickets can be seen with previous old id. Even after telling about 4 5 employees that I would be coming back on 14th May, and to get atleast the glasses cleaned, no revert has been sent by any of the executives. Have been a tentant with NestAway since 2016 March, but this much carelessness, insensitivity I have faced here only. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Glass pieces have been cleaned recently. Fan is not not repaired, nor the A/c.
I have been asked to pay 500 rs for repair of fan and rs. 8200 for the new glass door which would be fitted.
I have been staying in a hotel since the day I came back from abroad. I had to bear the charges for the hotel despite having a NeatAway home for which i am paying rent of 7k without even staying there and for treatment of my bruises which I got due to the breakage of glass door.Who is going to reimburse for that.
Why should I be paying for the glass door when it collapsed on its own.kindly get the fittings and furnishings inspected and you will find how old these are.So why should I bear the charges of all these.
