Had paid the december rent on 12/11/2019 along with the late charges and i receive a late charge on 12/12/2019 of rs. 200. Been disputing that ever since and the only response i have received is either "we're working on it" or "we'll get back to you". Had some pending dues of around rs. 1400 in february, which i was supposed to pay in march ending due to salary. Received a call from customer service on 25th to ask me to pay the dues as there was a change in policy. When i checked my dashboard, the dues along with the disputed amount was being charged around rs. 4000. Called the customer service on 03/30/2020, the executive asked me to call him on 03/31/2020 as he didn't have his system. And when i called the next day, a recorded message said that they'll get back to me. I called again the next day. A recorded message said "nestaway has closed its customer service till 15 april due to corona pandemic".in order to avoid more late charges, i paid around rs. 2700 which was supposed to be due on 04/05/2020. I tried calling them again after 04/15/2020, i recieved the same message, with an addition of "if you're facing a problem, raise a ticket". I tried to raise but there was no option for payment issues on the help section. I raised a cleaning request and mentioned my problem there. Also tweeted about it on twitter and soon after that they canceled my ticket. Was this information helpful? |
