I have moved recently to nestaway house[9468]. Its been more than 15 days now. There are move in issues which has not solved yet. I had raised a ticket[protected] on 10th April and no one contacted me till today. I have called customer care twice and no proper response was received from them. Is this the ways customer care works?
Below are the pending things
* sofa deep cleaning
* no chairs in flat, in photo there are 2. Need to get that in.
* pressure cooker missing which was there while flat visit.
*fridge not yet repired after 16 days of move in
*hand shower in washroom broken
I have payed 8k+ as move in charges and payed full rent which includes all these missing things. If these are not fixed what is the point of paying all these? Is it ok to not to pay rent till all these are fixed?
