I moved in a Nestaway peoperty in Wakad, Pune on 13th November 2021. When I moved in the flat there was a pending electricity bill for October and November month. I informed the nestaway team on this and they said they will get it resolved. After 2 months the nestaway agent named Sandeep called me and asked me to pay the entire bill and said the owner will reimburse the amount of the past months. It has been more than a month since I am chasing the Nestaway team but they are behaving very rudely and telling me they have lot of other important work to be done. I paid the electricity bill on 4th Jan 2022 and today is 10th Feb and I have still not received the money from Nestaway/owner. The agent is not answering my calls now and I do not have any details of the owner.
