Note: i am posting this here, before i lodge a case with the consumer court. Claiming over 1 lakh rupees in damages. Get in touch with me and resolve this if you don't want to be dragged through the dirt. What i have: recordings of calls with rude property manager photos of poorly maintained house nestaway promises while making booking (Pdf documents) service requests on the app What i am looking for: 1. Refund of onboarding charges 2. Refund of rent for month of feb 2019 3. 100% waiver on rent for march 2019 (For psychological damage) Case: Nestaway dangles you with a dream and then takes it all away. Before someone from nestaway, asks my most recent service request in a series of multiple ones is sc_01085035, and my registered mobile number is [protected].
