[Resolved]  Nestaway Technologies — refrigerator is not cooling and my ticket gets cancelled every time i raise issue

My refrigerator is getting on but it's not cooling. Lights are on but it doesn't get cool. I am everytime raising a ticket, my ticket gets cancelled.
Nestaway is not providing any help during lockdown. We customers are trapped and they are not giving services. They cancel every ticket i raise for help. They have even disabled their helpline number
