Nestaway Technologies — Refund deposited money | |
After moving out till now I haven't received my deposited refund. I already had the worst experience moving in as they collected all the token amount and deposit amount on time but didn't provide me the keys to move in as per the moving date, in fact, they shifted my moving date after 3days without notifying me and I had no place to live and had to book a hotel for 3days. Now the same for moving out as well, I have shared all the post-move out pictures of the property to the Nestaway moveout person([protected]) who contacted me on 17th August and asked me to share the property pictures, after that I received a message saying "IT'S OK". The next day I contacted him regarding the explanation for utility charges but no help. He talked to me very rudely so I had to contact the area manager(Nil, [protected]) who also didn't pick any calls or was of no help. I raised many requests, again and again, CC_[protected]st September), CC_[protected]/08/2020), CC_[protected]/08/2020), and CC_[protected]/08/2020). I was promised by Miss Nikhita, one of the customer care team members that the deposited money will be refunded by 30th August but no luck. Nobody is resolving the service request.
