Nestaway Technologies — Refund is not being provided | |||||
It has been 9 working days (Excluding sundays) since i have moved out from the nestaway property. Nestaway is liable to refund my security amount as i have paid all my dues. Since i have moved out, i have been incessantly following up for the refund of my security amount and nestaway is paying a deaf year to all my requests. The refund should have been processed within 5 days of moving out without any hassle as per the service contract. But here i am, begging again and again for my dues to an organization which claims to be a service based professional organization. The stipulated time for my side of payment (Rent etc.) always has been a strict 5 days, but when it comes to them paying me back my own money, all of them are so difficult to catch. The person who claims to be the client relationship manager had the audacity to block my number today, and none of them had the basic courtesy to communicate the status to me. They did not even bother to pacify the concerns of mine. Was this information helpful? | |||||
