Nestaway Technologies — refund not done after move out and giving unreasonable charges | |||
My rent agreement was due by july 7 and i moved out. After that the person came for inspection on 13th and i handed over the key. He told that the deposit and the balance rent will be credited to my account within 7 days. Then after 4 days the issued one invoice of rs.15000 for painting and after 2 days one more invoice for utility bill fine has been raised where i have paid all the utility bills till date. Today they have raised one more invoice for rs.2000 as move out charges. Which is not at all acceptable. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have been having same issue with nestaway. Its been a month that I have vacated the flat and have received no updates from nestaway. I have written several mails with no response. There is no other way to act upon this than escalating this legally. All the people who are facing this issue can come together and lodge a complaint in their district consumer courts.
