Nestaway Technologies — Refund not given for two months in instant refund home | |
I have been living with nestaway for two years and I have rented a property in Rustomjee 2505 J wing AZZIANO Thane. It's an instant same day refund for moving out. I moved out on november 21 2020. Till today 17 Jan 2021 no refund is processed to my bank account . Whenever I call your call centre the operator says we can't do anything after discussing for 10-15 mins they say okay we will process refund you put your bank details on ticket but they close it without a refund stating we have shared your request with the responsible team. Pathetic service and lot of follow up to get my own money. Was this information helpful? | |
