Nestaway Technologies — Refund not processed within limit specified and no response | |||
I have booked flat on nestaway in month of march and was about to shift in last week of march but due to this pandemic i was not able to shift and i decided to cancel my booking in june till then they are not charging me any money. But as soon as i cancelled me booking i received a mail from the company stating that refund (Security amount + rent) will be made within 5-7 days but it's almost a month now i have not received the funds nor they are replying me back. I have been having same issue with nestaway. Its been a month that I have vacated the flat and have received no updates from nestaway. I have written several mails with no response. There is no other way to act upon this than escalating this legally. All the people who are facing this issue can come together and lodge a complaint in their district consumer courts.
