[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — refund not received for over a month | |
Made payment for 16909.46 on november 4th through nestaway app and the transaction went through from my bank account but nestaway app showed as failed. Tried again and the same scenario repeated. My bank account was deducted for 33818.92 and i initiated a chargeback with the bank and had a case opened with nestaway (Sc_[protected]. The bank confirmed that the amount was paid to the beneficiary account - and i raised a new ticket with the bank information and the mails from the bank (Sc_[protected], but nestaway is not taking the ticket seriously and shifting blame. The lack of service is baffling considering that if the issue is with the payment gateway vendor chosen by the company, there should be some responsibility to help fix this issue. (Especially considering it has been over a month that the refund is on hold!). Was this information helpful? | |
