Nestaway Technologies — Refund of advance amount after leaving the house for almost 6 months

This is Ankit Kumar Maurya, I have taken Nestaway's house for rent, the house id is 32931.
I left the Nestaway house and notified for the same to Nestaway in January 2021.
I have complained multiple times since February 2021 till now on call as well as created and followed up a ticket CC_08498631, the ticket link is, Which was closed and canceled on 1st June of 2021.
I also complained on their Twitter handle but after certain replies, they totally ignored all my messages.

This has been big mental torture for me to get my refund amount back.
For such huge mental torture and time waste, Nestaway should pay me a fine of 5 lakhs along with the original refund amount.
