I had made a booking on 27th feb in dwarka sector 3, delhi and made the amount of Rs.2300 then and after 15 days or so i made the full payment of Rs.20574. I had to shift after that but due to the covid 19 i couldnt and i am not planning to stay there anymofe so i have been trying to cancel the booking and contacting the customer care but there has been no response, the app isnt showing an option for cancellation. I would like a total refund as i didnt even shift in the house plus i also told the agents who were reminding me of the payment that i want to cancel the booking in april 1st week but there was no response.
So i would like to have a refund with my cancellation as soon as possible.
