[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — Refund of security deposit after 20 days

I was staying in a 1 bhk in bangalore. On 17th july, i vacated the property after giving required notice period. After 1 week i raised request regarding refund of my security deposit. They asked to wait for 7 to 10 working days. Again on 30th july i raised a request as 10 working days were over. But its almost 10 days now and i haven't received a single call from them. The customer care no is also disabled and there is no way to contact them. Also they have charged move out charge of rs 2000 for which they no reason has been specified. And now my dashboard is also not visible.

Raised another complaint asking the details of the amount charged and they replied for it and refunded the excess amount charged
