I have moved out of my property on 1st july. As per the rule, the security deposit should be refunded within 7 days. Its been 14 days, yet i haven't got my security deposit credited back.
Plus in recent months, they are charging extra without giving any justification. Electricity bills for june month is charged as 799 and for may month a bill of 625+132. There were no people at home due to lockdown and everyone went to their natives, but instead have got a bill for 1300+, which is ridiculous. Even when every tenant used to be at home, electricity bills used to be in the 250+ range, not this high. When asked for justification, no reply is given in last 15 days even after multiple escalations and follow-ups. Was this information helpful? |
