Nestaway Technologies — Refund of Security Deposit + Maintenance | |||
I moved out of my Nestaway apartment officially on 19th June, 2020. Our inspection happened on 13th June, 2020. The site inspector promised a refund of our security deposit within a week of his visit. I didn't receive any deposit, so I raised a ticket - I was promised a refund soon. I never received any money - Nestaway is not responding to the multiple tickets I have raised and the mails I have sent. I paid a total of Rs.50, 400 as security deposit and haven't gotten any of it back. Nestaway also owes me some amount (Rs. 1766) as maintenance charges for previous months, I haven't received that either. There is radio silence from Nestaway, despite multiple emails and tickets. They keep closing my tickets with no resolution. I have been an ideal customer, paying my rent, bills and maintenance on time. I want a my security deposit and the amount owed back.
