Nestaway Technologies — refund of security deposit nestaway

I have moved out of a nestaway house on 30may '20. After a long wait, i have received a refund yesterday of only 7847 whereas i was supposed to receive 22000. They have added illicit charges and deducted my security deposit. The customer care is not functional. Raised multiple care requests but no one contacts back. They contact once in a while for an irrelevant issue, when asked about this issue they say the refund team will contact but they don't. Please help with this concern

Updated by Mehtab Magdum No proper communication from the customer care yet. They keep calling and say, the concerned team will call, but the concerned team has never called. Even visit to the Nestaway office has gone in vain.
