I have vacated the nest away home on the 24th there was a rep who came in for a inspection and the formalities was cleared. I was told that i would get the refund in 7 days which has passed and i am not able to contact the customer service an the area manager is not responding to my calls.
I am not able to raise a service ticket on the same due to some website error.
Awaiting a call back on the same and a refund for the deposit as well as the number of days i was not staying there, as per the contract. Was this information helpful? |
