Nestaway Technologies — Regarding cancelling the moving in after paying the whole money but not getting ANY money back even the deposit

I have cancelled moving into the house prior to the time I am supposed to move in because of someone passing away in my family and I had to go to my village for 2 months. I tried to contact the agent and raised a complaint and spoke to many in nest away but everyone is saying that I can't get any money I have paid. I paid 2k for booking the bed. 3.5k as nest away fees and 12k as a deposit. I at least need to receive the deposit back when I didn't even move into the house for a minute. I request this to get resolved ASAP else I'll have to make an official complaint against them in the court coming Monday. It has already been over a week since I'm running after them to settle this issue!!
