While we moved-in to flat, area manager agreed to provide refund to co-tenants for lock they have put on their expense. But later nothing was done for same.
As a result co-tenants did not let us make the duplicate keys till amount is settled or paid to them by us.
We have raised a service request internally sc_01457965 but awaing response since 3-4 days.
Customer care team told us that it is awaiting approval from area manger.
Area manger do not talk to us over phone. He has stopped picking up our call.
