I booked a pg and made online payment for a room and selected move in date on 29/07/18. When i created my profile after making payment i was not having my check book with me (since i did not carry the same when i came to noida) And nest away asked me to provide them scanned copy of a cancel cheque. Which i provided to them after 2 days of payment
Since my parents were here in noida. And i get scanned copy only after they home back. Now they asked me to book a move in date again and now i am not getting an option to move in on 29 th. The next possible date they are showing online is 01/08/18. Your CUSTOMER CARE did not even gave me any satisfactory answer regarding 3 days rent which i paid. i.e 29/30/31. Now the scenerio is that i have paid for these 3 days but i am not allowed to movein. And nest away is also not returning of adjusting these 3 days rent to me. I am staying in a hotel from where i need to shift urgently and bcoz of that i made upfront payment and got a confirmation mail from nest away that i can movein on 29/07/18. But now nobody is helping me out. I want that either they should provide me accomodation from 29/07/17 since as on today i.e 27/07/18 my profile is 100% complete. Or if it is not possible to them either refund or adjust my 3 days rent to next month payable rent. Dont give me this ### reason that i have to bear 3 days rent just bcoz nobody else can stay there. Since i myself is not allowed to stay there, so why should i pay. Was this information helpful? |
